Ingredients

  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 250 g noodles (spiral noodles)
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g veetables (Kaiser or butter veetables)
  • 300 ml meat broth
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 200 g processed cheese (herbs)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder
  • herbs, mixed
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices (similar to fried potatoes) and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Cook the pasta at the same time according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the onion and fry it together with the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and curry powder.
  3. When all the ingredients are cooked, layer them in a high baking dish in the following order: potatoes, pasta, minced meat. Then spread the Kaiser or butter vegetables over it.
  4. For the sauce, bring the meat stock to the boil. Gradually add the cream, sour cream and processed cheese. Season to taste with pepper, paprika powder, curry powder and herbs.
  5. If necessary, use a sauce thickener to strengthen the consistency of the sauce.
  6. Now pour the sauce into the baking dish and finish everything with the grated cheese.
  7. Now everything has to be tasted together for approx. 45 minutes in a preheated oven at approx. 200 ° C.
