Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 bell peppers, mixed
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can tomato puree or chunky tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon paprika pulp
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g potato noodles

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips, clean the paprika, cut into strips.
  2. 1 tablespoon. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown and take it out of the pan.
  3. Sauté onion cubes, paprika strips, chopped chilli peppers in the pan. Add tomato puree and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Put the meat back in the pan and bring to the boil with the paprika pulp, cream and spices. I added a little granular broth.
  5. Fry the potato noodles with the remaining oil and serve with the sauce. Garnish with herbs if necessary.
