Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Croutons

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Toast bread – 50 g
  • Ham – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper mixture – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the crusts from the bread and cut into small cubes. Cut the ham into cubes too.
    Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add sliced ​​bread. Stirring constantly (or shaking the pan), fry the croutons until light golden brown.
  2. Put the ham on the croutons and fry together to brown the ham too. Then beat in the eggs, being careful not to damage the yolks.
  3. Season with salt and pepper mixture. Fry eggs until desired.
  4. Transfer the cooked eggs, croutons, and ham to a plate and serve immediately, until cool.
