Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Croutons

A brilliant breakfast dish in its simplicity – delicious scrambled eggs, complemented by crispy croutons and juicy ham.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Toast bread – 50 g
- Ham – 100 g
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper mixture – to taste
Directions
- Cut the crusts from the bread and cut into small cubes. Cut the ham into cubes too.
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add sliced bread. Stirring constantly (or shaking the pan), fry the croutons until light golden brown.
- Put the ham on the croutons and fry together to brown the ham too. Then beat in the eggs, being careful not to damage the yolks.
- Season with salt and pepper mixture. Fry eggs until desired.
- Transfer the cooked eggs, croutons, and ham to a plate and serve immediately, until cool.
