Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 waffle (egg waffle), alternatively only 2 waffles without toast
  • 1 slice (s) toast bread, alternatively only 2 toast s without waffle
  • 25 g ham (ham or bacon), diced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some salt and pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a pan with hot butter. Mix in the pan and fry. Keep mixing the eggs while frying, flattening them every now and then.
  2. After a while, season the eggs with sugar, paprika, pepper and salt. Then push the scrambled eggs aside and fry the ham or bacon briefly. Then mix the two together.
  3. In the meantime, toast toast and egg waffles and brush with butter (best when the waffle and toast are still hot, so that the butter flows nicely).
  4. Place toast slices or waffles on a plate, serve with scrambled eggs and the ham or bacon and serve immediately.
