Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter, margarine or oil for frying
  • 180 g bell pepper (s), approx. 1 medium-sized
  • 100 g leeks
  • 50 g ham
  • 20 g sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • Maggi, approx. 6 splashes
  • salt
  • parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Wash the leeks and peppers, remove the stem, seeds and white inner walls from the peppers. Cut the leek, bell pepper and ham into small cubes.
  2. Heat the frying fat in the pan, add the chopped vegetables, ham and sunflower seeds to the pan and fry.
  3. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with the milk, season with Maggi and salt.
  4. When everything in the pan has reached the desired degree of browning, add the egg mixture and let it set while stirring.
  5. Arrange on the plate and sprinkle with parsley or chives.
