Ingredients
- 2 sea bass (s), 800 grams ready to cook
- salt and pepper
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 small zucchini
- 800 g cherry tomato (s)
- 125 ml white wine

- Wash the fish, pat dry, salt and pepper inside and out. Rinse off herbs. Put 1 sprig of thyme and rosemary in the abdominal cavity of each fish.
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Peel the garlic. Heat the oil with the remaining herbs in a fish roaster. Fry the fish all around. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes. Divide the zucchini into 1 cm thick pieces, spread around the fish with the tomatoes. Douse with wine and put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Side dish: boiled potatoes.
