Ingredients

  • 500 low-fat quark (organic if possible)
  • 500 ml milk (organic skimmed milk)
  • 0.75 ¾ Mug jam (sea buckthorn orange from Alnatura, organic)
  • 4 leaves mint, fresh

Instructions

  1. Put the low-fat quark with the milk and the sea buckthorn orange jam in a saucepan and stir with a mixer (or better, with a food processor) until the mixture is very loose and creates small air bubbles. Then pour into dessert bowls and put in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  2. Serve decorated with mint leaves.
