Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, yeast, oil, salt and enough water to form a moist yeast dough and let the dough rise in a warm place.
  2. Put the dough in an oiled round 32 mm pizza tray.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 230 ° C top / bottom heat or the steam baking program.
  4. If you have a normal oven, you should put a small bowl of water on the bottom of the oven, this will make the pizza crispy.
  5. Don`t spread too much tomato sauce on top of the batter, as the fish will lose some moisture and make it too soupy. Spread some cheese on the sauce.
  6. Place the salmon, prawns, garlic slices and the pepper strips on top and season with chilli and rosemary. Scatter the rest of the cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack until the desired brown color is achieved.
  8. Serve the finished pizza with a few drops of olive oil and, if desired, with basil leaves or rocket.
  9. Note: I vary a lot. Cod, perch, squid, clams or crayfish also go very well. The pizza will be very juicy with the fresh fish.
