Seafood Salad Ingredients

  • Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Juice from one lemon
  • Olive oil – 4 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Boiled sea cocktail (shrimps, mussels, squid rings, octopuses) – 600 g
  • Bulgarian pepper (cut into strips and fried) – 1 pc.
  • Black olives without pits – 12 pcs.
  • Fresh basil (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper

Seafood Salad Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Put the seafood in a salad bowl. Then add pepper, olives, and garlic dressing. Mix well. Leave the seafood salad in a cool place for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir again and sprinkle with basil before serving.
