Seaweed Salad with Paprika

To replenish the iodine supply in the body and eat, prepare a seaweed salad. The recipe suggests dry seaweed, but if you have canned, then take it 3-4 times more and, of course, do not boil or soak. 🙂

Ingredients

  • Dry seaweed – 100 g
  • Sweet bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • Medium onion – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Garlic – 3 teeth.
  • Lemon juice – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Soak dry seaweed in boiling water for 3 hours.
  2. Add half a liter of boiling water to the cabbage, bring to a boil, boil for a minute or two, drain in a colander.
  3.  Chop the onion, finely grate the garlic or crush it in a mortar.
  4. Cut the paprika into strips.
  5. Mix all vegetables, season with oil and lemon juice. Salt to taste.
  6. Leave to brew and marinate for an hour.
