Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread (country bread), approx. 5-6 cm round
  • 100 g alae, fresh, e.. salicornes
  • 3 shallot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 5 gherkins
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, toasted
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Lemon zest, grated

Instructions

  1. Wash off the algae and thus desalinate it. Repeat if necessary. Then chop.
  2. In a bowl, mix the seaweed with the finely diced shallots, gherkins and peppers.
  3. Add the capers, lemon zest and a pinch of sugar and pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over them.
  4. Grill the country bread that you should be able to eat in one bite. Top with the seaweed tartar and serve immediately.
