  • 300 g raspberries
  • 1 cup yogurt, 0% fat content
  • 150 g sour cream
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Cardamom, ground

Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries and sort or let them thaw. Mash a little with a fork and mix with the yogurt and sour cream. Add sugar and cardamom to taste. Let freeze for two hours, stirring the cream with a whisk every half an hour.
