Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g semolina (soft wheat)
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pack cake icing, red
  • 1 can tangerine (s), 32 g
  • Sugar, for the cake topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the cold milk with the semolina, sugar and salt and cook. Then take it off the stove and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the semolina into 2 large glasses while still warm. After a short cooling time, decorate the semolina with tangerines.
  3. In the meantime, cook the icing with the mandarin juice according to the instructions. Let cool for 2 minutes and pour over the mandarins.
  4. Let cool down and place in the fridge if you like.
  5. Tip:
  6. I used my simmer pot (water bath cooker) for this. There is no burning or boiling over, just perfect for dairy dishes, etc.
