Shawarma Sauce (Classic Recipe)

It’s hard to imagine a real shawarma without this wonderful sauce. He makes the taste of this dish special and reveals all its beauty. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka – 200 Grams
  • Sour cream – 150 Grams
  • Mayonnaise – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Salt – 1
  • Hops-suneli – 0.5 Art. spoons
  • Black pepper – 0.25 Art. spoons
  • Lemon – 0.25 Pieces
  • Garlic – 12 Cloves

Directions

  1. First, mix the fermented baked milk, sour cream and mayonnaise.
  2. Add salt and sugar.
  3. Squeeze the juice from a quarter of the lemon into the sauce.
  4. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and also send to the sauce. Add suneli hops, pepper, mix well.

The sauce is ready!
