  • 2 slices sheep`s cheese
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 peppers, mild, from the glass
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Oil for the mold

Instructions

  1. Place the sheep`s cheese in a lightly oiled, fire-proof dish.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, cut the peppers into fine strips and cut the onions and peppers into fine rings. Spread everything on the sheep`s cheese. Season the olive oil with salt, pepper and the herbs of Provence and pour over the sheep`s cheese.
  3. Put the whole thing in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. Baguette, ciabatta or flatbread go well with this.
