- 1 clove garlic
- 10 olives, black without stone
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 15 g tomato paste
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ rosemary
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
- Olive oil as needed

- Chop the garlic and black olives for 3 seconds on speed 5. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 10-15 seconds / speed 4 using the spatula. Add olive oil as you feel, depending on how creamy you want it to be.
