  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 2 onions)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 hot peppers, mild
  • 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Lay the sheep cheese, sliced tomatoes, onion rings and garlic in layers in a bowl. Drizzle each layer with olive oil, pepper and chopped hot peppers on top. (Do not salt as cheese is salty!)
  2. Cover and cook in the microwave for about 6 minutes on the highest setting. Dine with baguette.
