Ingredients

  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 2 large onion (s) (vegetable onions)
  • 1 kg minced beef, (mixed is also possible)
  • 1 kg sheep cheese, mild
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 8 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Fry the ground beef and onions, place in a large saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. The sheep cheese should be cut into small cubes beforehand so that it dissolves better. Mix everything and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Make sure that the soup is neither too firm nor too thin (experience makes perfect!).
  2. Well received at every opportunity! (Please do not plan as a soup, as it is very filling) Ciabatta bread and a good wine go very well with this!
