- 200 g sheep cheese
- 100 g tomato (s), dried in oil
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- can Oil, be taken from the pickled tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- parsley

- Chop the onions and garlic. Then put all the ingredients in a tall mixing vessel and mix with a hand blender.
- Tip: It`s best to make the dip a day in advance so that it flows through nicely.
