Ingredients

  • 150 g shirataki noodles
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 200 ml cremefine
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small Bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shirataki with cold water.
  2. Clean fresh broccoli and cut into florets. Blanch in boiling water for a few minutes and rinse with cold water. Frozen broccoli doesn`t need to be pre-cooked.
  3. Sauté the broccoli in a pan with the garlic. Add the shirataki and finely chopped smoked salmon and fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Add Cremefine, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 3 - 4 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped dill and serve.
  5. A small salad and fresh wholemeal baguette go well with it.
