Ingredients

  • 4 pork steak (s), (neck steaks, or other meat)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 half bell peppers, yellow and green
  • 1 piece (s) bacon, thick, mixed
  • 2 onions)

For the marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon white wine, medium dry
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli pepper (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade. Dice the meat and add to the marinade. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. The next day, cut the pepper halves and the onions into large pieces. Cut the zucchini and bacon into slices.
  3. Drain the meat in the sieve, collecting the marinade, and stick the meat on skewers alternately with bacon, bell pepper, onion and zucchini.
  4. Grill the skewers or fry them slowly all around in a pan. Use the remaining marinade for brushing.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes, potato salad or baguette.
