Shrimp Ceviche

Ceviche is a traditional South American dish. It is made from fish and seafood and has complicated preparation steps.

  • shrimp – 1 kg
  • lemon (juice) – 10 pcs.
  • hot pepper – 1 pc.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • salt – 1 teaspoon
  • tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.

  2. Place the raw shrimp in boiling water. After 5 minutes, remove the shrimp from the boiling water and immediately put them in cold water.
  3. Place the shrimps peeled from the shell in a glass dish, pour lemon juice, put onions, peppers, salt tomatoes.
  4. Set to marinate. Divide the finished ceviche into portioned outlets.
