Shrimp Ceviche Ingredients

  • small shrimps * 200 g (peeled and boiled)
  • lime 3 pcs
  • orange 1 pc
  • red onion 1 pc
  • tomatoes 2 pcs
  • cucumber ½ pc
  • jalapeno * 1 pc
  • cilantro ½ bunch
  • salt to taste
  • for serving (optional)
  • tortilla or tostada chips
  • crushed avocado

Shrimp Ceviche

Shrimp Ceviche Instructions

  1. Squeeze lime and orange juice into a bowl and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut the red onion into thin slices and add to a bowl. Let it brew for 15 minutes.
    Peel tomatoes, cucumber, and jalapenos and chop finely.
  3. Add cooked shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber, and jalapenos to a large bowl.
  4. Add cilantro and stir.
  5. Pour the onion and juice over the shrimp.
  6. Season with salt to taste.
