Ingredients

  • 16 king prawns
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
  • 1 piece (s) ginger (approx. cm), fresh, grated
  • 2 tablespoon coriander greens, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients - except for the king prawns - together well in a bowl. Add the prawns and turn in the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.
  2. Put 4 prawns on each skewer.
  3. Preheat the grill and grill the prawns for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Tip: You can also expand the recipe and alternately stick baby corn on the cob, spring onions or red pepper pieces on the skewers.
