Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg potato (s), waxy
- 800 g salad, (meat salad)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup or tomato paste
- 2 piece (s) pickled cucumber (s)
- Cucumber liquid
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some sugar
- possibly egg (s)
- possibly apple

- Prepare jacket potatoes from the potatoes as usual (approx. 20 min cooking time).
- In the meantime, prepare the marinade with the remaining ingredients. To do this, put the meat salad in a large bowl. Then dice the onion and the pickled cucumbers and add to the meat salad with the ketchup, mustard and the pickled cucumber sauce and mix everything together. Finally, season with salt, pepper, paprika and possibly a little sugar and set aside.
- After the potatoes are fully cooked, let them cool down and then peel them off and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Then pour the prepared marinade over the potatoes and stir everything together. Then season again and season again if necessary. If you like, you can refine the potato salad with 2 boiled eggs and / or an apple cut into cubes.
- Let the salad stand for at least 1 hour and then (if it is too dry) season again with a little pickle sauce.
