Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, macaroni
- 500 ml tomato (s), passed
- 100 g salami or South Tyrolean ham
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml cream
- some parmesan
- Herbs, ital.
- 200 g mushrooms, ready to cook

- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the minced meat, finely chopped onions and chopped garlic, deglaze with the tomatoes and season, cook for 20 minutes.
- Dice the salami and ham and add the sliced mushrooms, continue cooking for 5 minutes. Finally add the cream and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Pour the finished sauce over the macaroni, sprinkle with pamesan and serve.
