Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, macaroni
  • 500 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 100 g salami or South Tyrolean ham
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml cream
  • some parmesan
  • Herbs, ital.
  • 200 g mushrooms, ready to cook

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the minced meat, finely chopped onions and chopped garlic, deglaze with the tomatoes and season, cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Dice the salami and ham and add the sliced mushrooms, continue cooking for 5 minutes. Finally add the cream and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the finished sauce over the macaroni, sprinkle with pamesan and serve.
