Ingredients
- some stalks basil and oregano
- 2 tablespoon, leveled mustard
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 100 ml water
- some salt and pepper, to taste

- Pluck the leaves from the basil and oregano. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand blender to make a dressing. Be careful when dosing the vinegar: only add the vinegar little by little and try in between to avoid over-acidification.
- We like to give the dressing over lettuce or cucumber salad.
