  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast and honey in half of the lukewarm water. Add the flour with the rest of the water. Knead the dough well for about 10-15 minutes until it no longer sticks. Let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air. Pour the dough into a bread pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
