Ingredients- 100 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned
- 60 g bacon, mixed, diced into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoon oil (walnut)
- salt and pepper
- Toast bread, diced into small pieces

- Leave the bacon cubes in a hot pan.
- For the dressing, mix red wine vinegar, water and oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Pour bacon cubes (without frying fat) and dressing over the lamb`s lettuce and mix well.
- Sprinkle with croutons as required (toast small cubes of toast bread in the bacon fat).
