Ingredients

  • 100 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned
  • 60 g bacon, mixed, diced into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoon oil (walnut)
  • salt and pepper
  • Toast bread, diced into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon cubes in a hot pan.
  2. For the dressing, mix red wine vinegar, water and oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Pour bacon cubes (without frying fat) and dressing over the lamb`s lettuce and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle with croutons as required (toast small cubes of toast bread in the bacon fat).
