Ingredients

  • 4 leek stick (s)
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 broccoli
  • 100 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine) (soy cuisine), cream or coconut milk
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped cumin
  • Soy sauce, 1 - 2 tablespoon
  • 1 packet Mie noodles

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté them in a little oil, then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let everything boil. Add the soy cuisine and continue to simmer. Add salt, pepper, curry powder and cumin and finally add 1 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  2. Prepare the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Drain the Mie noodles and mix in the vegetable pan.
