Ingredients

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed through
  • 50 g sheep cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin powder
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, smooth, chopped
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon Pul Biber (Turkish chilli-paprika spice, alternatively cayenne pepper)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Knead the first 8 ingredients together, season with salt and pepper. Shape into rolls, stick on skewers and fry in a little olive oil for about 10 minutes on all sides.
  2. Flatbread, garlic yoghurt and a salad go well with this.
  3. Tip: If you use minced lamb, you should serve the rolls hot. You can also use ground beef instead and then eat the rolls cold.
