  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium onion (s)

  • 70 ml water

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into strips. Cut the mushrooms into strips approx. 0.5 cm wide.
  2. Fry the onions in hot oil. Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
  3. Fry the mushrooms separately and add to the sliced meat. Add sour cream. Bring to the boil briefly. Let it steep for 10 minutes over low heat.
