Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 small mango (s), peeled, diced
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 2 half bell peppers, green and yellow, cut into pieces
  • 150 ml vegetable broth, strong
  • 200 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry paste, green
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ Garam Masala from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into small pieces, add the pressed garlic clove to the soy sauce and marinate the meat in it for about 1 hour (drain again before searing).
  2. Cut the onions into strips and fry them in the oil in a wok, add the meat and turn several times. Sweat the pepper pieces with it. Add the curry powder and paste, sauté briefly and deglaze with the strong stock. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat, add the mango cubes and coconut milk and heat with the lid closed. Serve with rice.
