Ingredients

  • 240 g turkey breast
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 125 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 tablespoon sauce thickener, lighter
  • 240 g rice
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast into strips, dice the onion, cut the mushrooms into quarters and mash the garlic. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the meat onion cubes and mushroom quarters for 7 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the stock and milk and simmer for another 10 minutes. Thicken with a sauce thickener and season again with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the sliced turkey.
