Instructions

  1. Wash the sardines and dry them in kitchen paper. Remove the heads. When the sardines are larger than about 8 cm, remove the bones.
  2. Wash the lemon with hot water and dry it. Finely rub the peel of a lemon, squeeze out the juice. Mix the juice with salt and pepper and drizzle into the fish. Turn the fish outside in the lemon peel, then roll them in the flour. Knock off excess flour.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry the fish in it for 3-4 minutes while turning, then drain on kitchen paper. Eighth the remaining lemon and serve with the hot sardines.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
