Ingredients

  • 100 g wild arlic
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 100 g cream cheese, liht
  • 100 ml heavy cream (soy cream)
  • 100 ml vegetable broth, or chicken broth
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 dash milk
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • 150 g pasta

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic, dry well and chop finely. Sauté half of the wild garlic with the garlic in oil in a pan. Add the cream, stock, white wine and milk, simmer. Add the cream cheese, lemon, salt and pepper, season well and season to taste. Add 3 tablespoons of the pasta water.
  2. Finally, add the other half of freshly chopped wild garlic
