Ingredients

  • 100 g salmon, smoked, sliced
  • 100 g eel (s), smoked
  • 100 g fish (halibut), smoked
  • 2 teaspoons mustard cream (Dijonaise)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0.25 ¼ bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 sprigs basil
  • 3 gherkins, diced
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Dice the smoked salmon, lightly mash the other fish with a fork. Mix the fish with the chives, basil, dijonnaise, oil and gherkins. Season with pepper and serve with bread or toast.
