Instructions

  1. First, boil the potatoes in salted water. Boiled potatoes from the day before are ideal. If freshly cooked potatoes are used, let the potatoes cool down a little.
  2. Fry the smoked pork in a pan and season lightly with pepper.
  3. Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets and briefly blanch. Then cut the onions into cubes, fry them in a little oil and add the broccoli. Now add a little salt. Then a little water is added and the broccoli is left to steam a little until the water is gone.
  4. Then layer the fried smoked pork chops in a baking dish, alternating with the steamed broccoli and the potatoes.
  5. Now heat the cream and dissolve the processed cheese in it. Season the cream cheese sauce with a little pepper, salt and nutmeg and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. Then the grated cheese is sprinkled over it and everything is baked in the oven.
  6. The oven is preheated to 200 ° C.
  7. Baking time approx. 30 minutes.
