  • 700 g smoked pork (salmon roast)
  • 150 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and brush generously with cream cheese. Wrap the smoked pork in it and brush everything with egg.
  2. Prick the dough all around with a fork so that the air can escape during baking and the dough wraps around the meat.
  3. Put in the oven for about 60 minutes at 200 °.
