Smoked Salmon Oil (for Sandwiches)

Ingredients

  • Smoked salmon – 180 g
  • Butter (softened) – 150 g
  • Dill greens – 6 branches
  • French mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Seasoning for fish – 1/3 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Chop the greens. Chop the salmon finely.
  3. Combine softened butter, salmon, herbs, mustard, spices. Mix.
  4. Form the butter into a rectangle, pack in plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator to freeze.
  5. Spread butter on slices of bread and serve.
