Ingredients

  • 2 trout fillet (s), smoked, torn or cut into pieces
  • 1 apple, red, sweeter, cut into pieces
  • 1 stick celery, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion (s) (spring onion), diced
  • 1 green salad your choice

For the dressing:

  • 125 ml yogurt
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small Bunch chives, fresher

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lettuce and place in 2 deep plates, lightly salting it. Now sprinkle onion cubes, celery and apple pieces on top. Finally, pour the smoked trout fillet - picked or cut - over it.
  2. Prepare the dressing and mix well (best shake in a closed glass) and spread over the salad.
  3. Tip: You could add cucumber slices, radish slices or carrot pieces to the salad as variations.
