Ingredients

  • 1 head endive salad
  • 300 g celeriac
  • 100 g cranberries, dried
  • 100 g walnuts

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and spin dry the endive salad. Then cut into thin strips and place in a bowl. Roughly chop the cranberries and walnuts and add to the salad.
  2. Peel the celery, cut into match-thick strips and add to the salad as well. For the dressing, whisk everything well, add to the salad and mix well.
