Ingredients
- 1 head endive salad
- 200 g trout fillet (s), smoked
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted without fat
For the dressing:
- 180 g natural yourt
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Cut the lettuce into fine strips and place in a bowl. For the dressing mix all the ingredients well, add to the endive salad and mix well with the sesame seeds.
- Arrange the salad on 2 plates and place the trout fillets on top.
