Ingredients

  • 4 plums (dried), pitted, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon jam (plum)
  • 6 tablespoon cereal flakes (5-grain)
  • 1 tablespoon table bran (oat bran)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped flaxseed
  • 1 cup yogurt (soy plum)
  • 4 tablespoon milk (oat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the flakes, bran, linseed and prunes with the oat milk and the soy plum yoghurt, stir in the lemon juice and let everything swell for about 15 minutes.
  2. Then fold in the walnuts and plums. If the consistency is still too thick, mix in more of the oat milk or just some water.
