Ingredients
- 100 g pumpkin meat, cut into small cubes
- 5 tablespoon spelled flakes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 150 ml oat milk
- 1 tablespoon jam, (orange)
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Fry the pumpkin cubes in the butter until al dente and then mix in the cinnamon. Let the pumpkin cubes cool down.
- Mix the oat milk with the orange jam and add to the spelled flakes, let it steep for a moment. Mix the pumpkin cubes and the nuts.
