Ingredients

  • 200 g pineapple, fresh
  • 270 g melon (s), variety your choice
  • 150 ml coconut water
  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
  • 10 mint leaves, fresh

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the pineapple and set aside for now.
  2. Detach the melon from the peel, remove the stone if necessary and cut into small pieces. Also put aside for now.
  3. Remove the avocado from the peel with a spoon and place in a blender with all the ingredients and mix until everything is evenly pureed.
  4. Tip: If you want the smoothie cool, you can freeze the coconut water and mix it with the ingredients while it is frozen.
