Ingredients
- 200 g pineapple, fresh
- 270 g melon (s), variety your choice
- 150 ml coconut water
- 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
- 10 mint leaves, fresh

- Peel and chop the pineapple and set aside for now.
- Detach the melon from the peel, remove the stone if necessary and cut into small pieces. Also put aside for now.
- Remove the avocado from the peel with a spoon and place in a blender with all the ingredients and mix until everything is evenly pureed.
- Tip: If you want the smoothie cool, you can freeze the coconut water and mix it with the ingredients while it is frozen.
