Smoothie with Banana and Kefir

Smoothie with banana and kefir is very easy to make at home, so using the necessary list of products, you can make a unique drink for yourself and your family.

Ingredients

  • Banana – 1 Piece
  • Kefir – 500 Grams
  • Honey – 1 Art. the spoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the banana kefir smoothie.
  2. Pour kefir of any fat content into a bowl for whipping smoothies (I have a glass from a blender). If you want to get a more dietary drink, use kefir 0-1% fat.
  3. Add ripe banana cut into slices to kefir.
  4. Add honey for sweetness.
  5. Whisk in the smoothie with a hand blender.
  6. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve.
