Ingredients

  • 1 apple (Braeburn)
  • 1 apple (Golden Delicious)
  • 200 ml kefir, 3.5% fat
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled vanilla pulp
  • 2 pinches cinnamon powder
  • 10 g iner root, peeled, diced
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into pieces. Put the remaining ingredients in a blender jar, add the apple pieces. Puree everything with a hand blender.
  2. Fill into glasses and serve.
