Smoothie with Milk

A hearty and nutritious milk smoothie, it’s the perfect breakfast drink. It perfectly satisfies the feeling of hunger, gives the body a lot of useful vitamins and minerals, does not irritate the stomach lining.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Milk – 300 Milliliters
  • Banana – 1 Piece
  • Figs – 60 Grams (fresh or frozen)
  • Flower honey – 1.5 Art. spoons

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. Bananas and figs use ripe, sweet ones.
  2. Peel the banana and cut into small washers so that the pieces of fruit are chopped faster in the liquid. Pour the banana slices into a bowl of a blender, or into a deep bowl if you are going to chop everything with a hand blender.
  3. Rinse the ripe and juicy figs. Cut off the tails from the fruit and cut each of them in half if the fruit is small, or into quarters if the figs are large. Pour the slices into a blender bowl.
  4. Pour or lay out the flower honey. But do not use buckwheat product, as it can give a slight bitterness to the smoothie.
  5. Pour in milk of any fat content and chop the entire contents of the container on a pulsating mode for 2-3 minutes. Milk, if desired, can be used both chilled and warmed up to room temperature.
  6. Pour the prepared milk smoothie into glasses or cups, serve to the table. Since the drink is thick, it is tasted without tubules or supplemented with tubules with a wide opening.
